Monday, May 29, 17:00 (CET): Prof.Dr. Cornelia Schaefer-Prokop, Amersfoort/NL
The webinar will start with an analysis of the various nodular HRCT patterns and describe how to differentiate random from centrilobular and peripymphatic distribution. The role of associated findings such as lymph adenopathy, airtrapping or calcifications will be outlined.
In the second part these principles will be used to get familiar with the typical findings of diseases with a predominant pattern such as RB-ILD, subacute EAA, infectious bronchiolitis or sarcoidosis. More rare or atypical presentations will be included.
1. To learn to characterise the distribution of nodular densities as one of the key features for differential diagnosis
2. To get familiar with associated findings that further aid in finding the right diagnosis
3. To learn a structured analysis of nodular HRCT patterns
4. To see typical but also less typical findings of HRCT diseases with nodular pattern
Registration will be available from May onwards.
