This link is already preset to the period June 03-07, 2026, of the contingent, so that you can easily and conveniently book your desired hotel.
Important notes:
1. Room booking up to 4 rooms: You can book up to 4 rooms directly via the online booking link below.
2. Group bookings (5 rooms or more): Should you wish to make a group booking of 5 rooms or more, please contact the Salzburg Congress Services office via the offer link below. In your request, please be sure to specify the desired hotel from the available contingent.
3. Bookings outside the contingent period: If you need rooms beyond the contingent period, please contact us via the offer link.
4. Deadline for bookings and inquiries: All bookings and inquiries must be made by the specified date. After this date, it may no longer be possible to guarantee an offer or booking.
We therefore recommend that you book in good time to secure your place in the desired hotel.

ÖBB Train Booking
Click on the link below and enter the TAN code “F4LYVU” there. You will then be able to register as a new customer using your email address and book your journey to the ESTI congress in Salzburg/AT in a relaxed manner. Please note that each person has to create a new ÖBB account specifically for this congress. It is not possible to use an existing ÖBB account as each email address can only be used once in the ÖBB booking system.
Registering entitles you to a 22% congress discount on the ÖBB standard fare, 10% off the international standard fare, and a special price for the ÖBB Nightjet when making your booking. Your customer account for the congress will be automatically deleted after the event and therefore after your return journey.
